Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ADVANCE VESSEL SEALER ENERGY PLATFORM WITH CORDLESS ULTRASONIC DEVICE
1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the GAA/IGF intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand pesos (Php 7, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF ADVANCE VESSEL SEALER ENERGY PLATFORM WITH CORDLESS ULTRASONIC DEVICE.” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The CVMC- BAC now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
