Description : 1. The Polomolok Water District, through the Government of the Philippines under the Corporate Budget for the Contract approved by the Board for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 ONLY (PHP 400, 000.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PB 26-22, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 8KW GRID-TIED SOLAR POWERED SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
2. The Polomolok Water District now invites Bids from MANUFACTURERS/SUPPLIERS & ELIGIBLE BIDDERS for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 8KW GRID-TIED SOLAR POWERED SYSTEM. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
