INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONING UNITS
OF PRO IVB
1) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million, Four Hundred Two Thousand, Seven Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and 25/100 (Php 4, 402, 773.25) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Air Conditioning Units of PRO IV-B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B now invites bids for above Procurement Project using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery and Installation of Office Equipment is required within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
