The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Supply & Delivery of HP Cartridge Toners and Canon Printer Inks (see attached) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Seven Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Four hundred Sixty Five Pesos (₱795, 465.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 06 July 2026 at 2:00 PM:
a. PhilGEPS Registration Number;
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
c. Income/Business Tax Return ;
d. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary-s Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original Special Power of Attorney .
