INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF CAMALIGAN, CAMARINES SUR, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of PHP 155, 985.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for THE SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU CAMALIGAN now invites bids for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF HARDWARE MATERIALS of the Goods and Services is required 30 DAYS AFTER THE NOTICE TO PROCEED IS RECEIVED BY THE SUPPLIER. Bidders should have completed, within 5 YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
