1. The Department of Trade and Industry, Regional Office No. 8, through the R. A. 10964 GAA 2018 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINETY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php1, 095, 750.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS (Shared Service Facility)/CONTRACT NO. 19-SSF 06. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
