Supply and Delivery of

Forty (40) Units of 55 inches Smart TV

1. The Local Government unit of Pagbilao, through the Approved Budget by the Sanggunian - GOP, SEF, LSB, Annual Budget CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 2, 800, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Forty (40) Units of 55 inches Smart TV (Pagbilao District I) / 2024-B03.191. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government unit of Pagbilao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by sixty (60) days. Bidders should have completed, within Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
