Supply & Delivery of Food Items for the 16th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program
1. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1, 500, 000.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Food Items for the 16th Cycle Supplementary Feeding Program under IB No. BID02-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Rizal, Kalinga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to be delivered within One Hundred Twenty calendar days (120 days) after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
