1. The DAVAO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (DRMC) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos (Php2, 555, 334.00) from General Appropriations Act 2026 as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for Supply & Delivery of Fluids -Rebid. Bids received above of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DRMC now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Fluids -Rebid using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (10) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed (SLCC) within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
