Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Supply & Delivery of Flat Screen TV sets- Office of the Provincial Governor
1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through the 2026 Annual Fund intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P2, 979, 950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Flat Screen TV sets- Office of the Provincial Governor. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for the Supply & Delivery of Flat Screen TV sets using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the item/s is/are required forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
