Tender are invited for Supply & Delivery of Diesel Exhaust Fluid

Tender Details SCOPE

This Invitation to Tender consists of the supply and delivery of Diesel Exhaust Fluid for Industrial Applications as per the Specifications attached to this document.

The Estimated Quantity Contract(s) resulting from this Tender will commence on July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 with the option to renew for one (1) additional one-year term (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026).

BID EVALUATION

Vendors are requested to provide their Landed Cost and desired Gross Margin for the three (3) formats of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (Items 1, 2, and 3). During the bid evaluation process, DTI will calculate the vendor price using the following formula:

[ Landed Cost ($)] x [ 1 + [ Gross Margin (%)] = Price Per Container

The resulting vendor Price Per Container for Items 1, 2, and 3 will be used for bidding evaluation and award purposes ONLY as per the Contract Award Criteria below.

GNB acknowledges Landed Cost prices are subject to change based on the ongoing variations of vendor's Landed Cost. The vendor's proposed Gross Margin will become part of the Estimated Quantity Contract and MUST be held firm for the duration of the contract period.
