1) The Municipal Government of Malita, through the Municipal Engineering Office- 20% Development Fund / FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php1, 669, 550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Construction Materials for Installation of Solar Street Lights with Reference No. EN2606-399. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Malita now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of Construction Materials for Installation of Solar Street Lights. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) Calendar Days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed.
