1) The Municipal Government of Malita, through the Municipal Engineering Office - 20%
Development Fund / FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos (Php498, 728.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Construction Materials for Improvement of Brgy. Tubalan Water System with Reference No. EN2605-271. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Malita now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of Construction Materials for Improvement of Brgy. Tubalan Water System. Delivery of the Goods is required Ten (10) Calendar Days from the receipt of approved Notice to Proceed.
