Public Bidding No. 2026-05-182
1) The Province of Guimaras through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 Series 2025 (Provincial School Board, CY 2026) intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN PESOS ONLY 33/100(₱ 210, 237.33 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN FIFTEEN (15) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF APPROVED NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
