1) The Western Visayas Medical Center, through the Internally Generated Fund - Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Two Pesos Only (Php13, 460, 272.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Commissioning and Installation of Various Laboratory Equipment for the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
