Bidders interested in this matter could obtain further details from the Admin. Officer of the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, 04th Floor, Kachcheri Complex, PO. Box 29 and bid documents could be obtained during working days from 10.03.2023 up to 03.04.2023 from 9.00 a.m. up to 3.00 p.m. after payment of the non-refundable bid document fee as mentioned in the table above to the Office of the Regional Director of Health Services.
A Bid Security as similar to the value as mentioned in the table above drawn in favour of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kalutara valid up to 31.08.2023, obtained from a commercial bank registered under the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and operating in Sri Lanka should be submitted along with the duly completed bids.
Duly completed bids, prepared in two copies and marked as original and duplicate should be inserted in separate envelopes and sealed and these two covers should thereafter be inserted in a single sealed envelope with the bid reference No. and the name of the bid indicated on the top left-hand corner of this envelope and sent by registered post to be received at or before 10.30 a.m. on 04.04.2023 or may be inserted in the bid box kept at the above address.
