INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF CATERING SERVICES FOR FY 2026 FOR THE MONTH OF JULY TO DECEMBER 2026 ACTIVITIES OF THE EASTERN VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY-TANAUAN CAMPUS (1 LOT)
1) The EASTERN VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY TANAUAN CAMPUS, through the FY 2026 INTERNALLY GENERATED FUND (IGF) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Eight Thousand Three Hundred Ten Pesos (Php
2, 908, 310.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PR2026-06-17-52. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The EASTERN VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY TANAUAN CAMPUS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by EVSU- Tanauan Campus within One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
