Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2026 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2, 500, 00.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply, Delivery and Testing of 10 Units Coffee Huller in Support to HVCDP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for Supply, Delivery and Testing of 10 Units Coffee Huller in Support to HVCDP. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and the required completion is indicated in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
