Textiles and fashion accessories Bags and luggage items Advertising objects and communication supports Territory promotion products This is a multi-awardee framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Code of public order concluded with 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of compliant offers). The framework agreement will be executed partly by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and partly by the issuance of purchase orders awarded by the cascade rule in accordance with article R2162-3 of the public procurement code. It is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum amount stipulated in each act of commitment Each batch takes the form of a framework agreement concluded with three operators economic. Each framework agreement will be executed in part: -A purchase orders setting out all the contractual stipulations according to articles R2162-13 and 14 of the public procurement code (executed by means of purchase orders) and at current unit prices on the unit price schedule or on the catalog(s)/database(s) with public prices, ordering platform. - In subsequent contracts, when the framework agreement does not set out all the contractual stipulations, it will give rise to the conclusion subsequent contracts under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-7 to R. 2162-12 of the public procurement code.
