The contract covers the following services: Supply, delivery and management of subscriptions to magazines, press and periodicals. The contract refers to the CCAG Current supplies and services of March 30, 2021. The form chosen for the execution of the contract is for purchase orders with no minimum and an annual maximum (53, 500 euro(s) excluding tax), in application of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is multi-awarded: the maximum number of holders of the framework agreement is set at 2, subject to a sufficient number of regular offers. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 1 (one) year from its notification or the date mentioned therein.
