Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:
INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF WIND PUMP (PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM) CONSISTING OF TWO (2) LOTS IN SUPPORT TO THE VEGETABLE GROWERS ASSOCIATION IN REGION III UNDER HVCDP PROGRAM FOR FY 2026
1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of: LOT 1 - SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 650, 000.00); and LOT 2 - SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 650, 000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for DA3-2026-02-0957. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply, delivery and installation of the Goods is required for the period of THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS PER LOT upon receipt of Notice to Proceed...
