The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the GENERAL APPROPRIATION ACT for the Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of: LOT 1 - SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 650, 000.00); and LOT 2 - SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 650, 000.00); being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF WIND PUMP (PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM) CONSISTING OF TWO (2) LOTS IN SUPPORT TO THE VEGETABLE GROWERS ASSOCIATION IN REGION III UNDER HVCDP PROGRAM FOR FY 2026 per Identification Number DA3-2026-02-0957 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
