The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites technically, legally and financially capable PHILGEPS-registered suppliers/manufacturers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the project:



Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Medical Equipment Batch 1



Location : Materials Management Department (MMD) Delivery Area, Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, 9002 Research Drive, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang Muntinlupa City 1781



Delivery Schedule : Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of approved Notice to

Proceed including installation, testing, commissioning (if applicable) and submission of general requirements



TOTAL ABC : Twelve Million Six Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (a‚+/-12, 655, 000.00)



Funding Source : HFEP Fund



All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.

Interested bidders may acquire bid documents upon payment of applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount depending on the item to be bid.

RITM reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process any time prior to the award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the grounds for the RITM-s action.
