1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Overseas Workers Welfare Regional Welfare Office II (OWWA RWO II), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the procurement of Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Furniture for OWWA Regional Welfare Office II in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), through the General Appropriations Act CY 2025 (GAA) has a sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 1, 231, 000.00), inclusive of applicable taxes, as follows:
