Tender Details

The stipulations of this framework agreement concern the supply of furniture to equip various work spaces: Work space, meeting rooms, convivial spaces, reception areas, catering areas, outdoor spaces for the future headquarters of the Grenoble Metropolis and all metropolitan sites. The supply includes associated services. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concluded for an initial period of 1 year from its notification, renewable for three periods of 1 year. The services are regulated by unit prices according to the quantities actually executed in the unit price schedule. Each lot will be awarded separately. The maximum amounts over the entire duration of the framework agreement (4 years) are as follows: lot n°1: 900, 000 euro(s) excluding tax maximum, lot n°2: 640, 000 euro(s) excluding tax maximum. An estimate of the maximum annual expenses is indicated in the commitment document.
