Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT RE EQUIPPING OF EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER (EOC)
1. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela, through 2026 LDRRMF and as per Authority for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT RE EQUIPPING OF EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT RE EQUIPPING OF EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the corresponding appropriations for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Maconacon, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery is required 30 Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
