The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through Administrative Service - Procurement Management Division (AS-PMD), intends to procure Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Various Components for the Generator Set of PMS Central Office Building (see attached TOR) with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to One Million Two Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP1, 245, 000.00) through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009.
Please submit your duly signed quotation form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than 22 April 2026 at 2:00 PM:
