INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF VARIOUS AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS
1) The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and Eighty Centavos (P 2, 920, 881.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Various Air-Conditioning Units. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PGNE now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery and installation of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
