1) The Local Government Unit of Delfin Albano, Isabela, through the Office of the Mayor - Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Sixteen Pesos (P 816, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Transformer for the Multi-Purpose Hall II (Legislative Building). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Delfin Albano, Isabela now invites bids for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Transformer for the Multi-Purpose Hall II (Legislative Building) using the Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA). Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
