1) The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 5, through the GAA for 2026 - PSS LIVESTOCK intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Pesos (₱8, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Powered Street Lights for implementation under Livestock Program for FY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
