1. The CAMIGUIN GENERAL HOSPITAL, through the NGA, Internally Generated Fund intends to apply the sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the following:

Each project has a corresponding Approved Budget Cost. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Camiguin General Hospital, now invites bids for the supply and delivery of the above-stated procurement projects. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) year - period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
