Description : SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF RECORDS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (RMIS) FOR THE BUREAU OF COMMUNICATIONS SERVICES
1) The Bureau of Communications Services through the General Appropriation Act for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Records Management Information Systems (RMIS) for the Bureau of Communications Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bureau of Communications Services now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Records Management Information Systems (RMIS) for the Bureau of Communications Services. Bidders should have completed, at least within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
