Description : The National Fisheries Research and Development Institute, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 859, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The NFRDI now invites bids for “Supply, delivery, and installation of RAS and AERATE system equipment”. Delivery of the Goods is required within 120 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
