The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the HVCDP-2026 Current Fund -CO intends to apply the sum of Three Million Only (P3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply, Delivery and Installation of Pump Irrigation System for Open Source (PISOS) with Drip Irrigation”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
