Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR
SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF OPERABLE WALL PARTITION AT THE ICC CONVENTION HALL
1) In view of two (2) failed biddings, the UP Open University invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Operable Wall Partition at the ICC Convention Hall in accordance with Section 35.1 (Two Failed Biddings) as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 or The New Government Procurement Act.
2) The UP Open University (UPOU) through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (₱6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Operable Wall Partition at the ICC Convention Hall. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
