1) The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Pesos (P 4, 565, 480.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Unit Brand New Generator Set with Automatic Transfer Switch at Old Capitol Building, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
