(BAC) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for 20264 intends to apply the
sum of Three Million Pesos (PhP3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Installation
of Geographic Information System (GIS) Software Subscription for One (1) Year
per ITB No. EMB-GOODS-NCB-2026-0010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
