SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF EMERGENCY WARNING SYSTEM OF THE MDRRMO, BASEY SAMAR
1)The Local Government Unit - Basey, Samar, through the Annual Budget 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (Php 1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 13100993 /LGUBS-GD-26-06-114, Supply, Delivery and installation of Emergency Warning System of the MDRRMO Basey Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, as shall be reflective in the Schedule of Requirements, or as need arises. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
