Supply, delivery and Installation of Emergency Command Center Monitoring System
1) The LGU of Tagbina, through the MDRRM Fund for CY2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 1, 547, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, delivery and Installation of Emergency Command Center Monitoring System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The LGU of Tagbina through the MDRRM Fund for CY 2026 now invites bids for the above procurement project, which includes but is not limited to:
• Supply of CCTV cameras (IP-based/PTZ/fixed cameras)
• Network Video Recorder (NVR)/Storage System
• Command Center Monitoring Equipment (LED wall/monitors, workstations)
• Structured cabling and networking components
• Software integration and configuration
• Installation, testing and commissioning
