SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF COOLING EQUIPMENT FOR OMSC COLLEGE WIDE USE (SECOND POSTING)
1) The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC), through the General Fund and Special Trust Fund F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php2, 496, 690.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF COOLING EQUIPMENT FOR OMSC COLLEGE WIDE USE (SECOND POSTING) under project reference no. OMSC-PBD-GS-2026-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The OCCIDENTAL MINDORO STATE COLLEGE (OMSC) now invites bids for the Procurement Activity of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009.
