Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Seventy Pesos (Php1, 170, 070.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Conference Room AV System (“Project”) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The goods shall be delivered to PNOC EC Head Office, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
Proposals including conformed Terms of Reference may be emailed to andelacruz@pnocec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before February 26, 2026, not later than 4:00 P.M. Late submission shall not be accepted.
