Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Million Two Hundred Thirteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Pesos (Php1, 213, 700.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the
Supply, Delivery and Installation of Conference Microphone System Upgrade (“Project”)
through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of
Republic Act No. 12009. The goods shall be delivered to PNOC EC Head Office, Energy Center,
Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, within forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt
of the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
