1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 2, 800, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Centralized Data Server with Fiber Optic Network Backbone and Structured Cabling for the Municipal Government Center of Paranas with Project Identification Number [PAR G-2026-06]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
