INVITATION TO BID FOR

SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CARPET TILES IN AUDIO-VISUAL HALL AT SORSOGON CITY CAMPUS (1ST Bidding)



1. The SORSOGON STATE COLLEGE, through the STF-AI (2011-2015) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS ONLY (P1, 123, 220.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CARPET TILES IN AUDIO-VISUAL HALL AT SORSOGON CITY CAMPUS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The SORSOGON STATE COLLEGE now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF CARPET TILES IN AUDIO-VISUAL HALL AT SORSOGON CITY CAMPUS. Delivery of the Goods and Services is required within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
