1)The Local Government Unit - Basey, Samar, through the Capital Outlay ( Annual Budget 2026) & Supplemental Budget No. 01 of 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 2, 998, 500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 13124971 /LGUBS-GD-26-06-116, Supply, Delivery and Installation of Brand New Large Grid Pixel Screen for LGU-Basey, Basey Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, as shall be reflective in the Schedule of Requirements, or as need arises.
