1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026/ Hospital Income 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos Only (PhP2, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB#2026-04-015. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Goods: Supply, Delivery and Installation of BRAND NEW AUTOMATIC POWER FACTOR CONTROLLER under IB#2026-04-015 using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as procurement strategy.
