Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS
1.The Local Government of Maitum, through the other MOOE intends to apply the sum of 250, 000 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, AND INSTALLATION OF AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
