SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 4 UNITS WIND PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM UNDER ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2019



1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for the Year 2018 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 4 UNITS WIND PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM UNDER ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2019 per Identification Number DA3-2018-11-21-107 (2019), consisting of single lot as identified in the Bid Data Sheet, Schedule of Requirements and described below, to be bidded, evaluated and awarded single lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, we invite legally, technically and financially capable suppliers to negotiate with the Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III on subject requirement. Please submit your eligibility and technical documents (as per attached Checklist of Requirements for Bidders) in sealed envelopes marked -œBID DOCUMENTS FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 4 UNITS WIND PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM UNDER ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2019.- time stamped not later than 9:00 A.M., on August 28, 2018.



3. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 4 UNITS WIND PUMP IRRIGATION SYSTEM UNDER ORGANIC AGRICULTURE PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2019. Delivery of the Goods is required for the period of One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days from the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed. The prospective bidder must have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, an SLCC that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, must be at least Fifty percent (50%) of the ABC for this Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



4. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183.
