INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 4 UNITS FLOOR MOUNTED AIRCON
1) The Municipality of Camalaniugan, through the 5% LDRRMF SPECIAL TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (P 560, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 4 UNITS FLOOR MOUNTED AIRCON. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Camalaniugan now invites bids for SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF 4 UNITS FLOOR MOUNTED AIRCON using the Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required Fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
