1.The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized use of funds under TULIP intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIxTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P4, 460, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY, DELIVERU, AND INSTALLATION OF 1 LOT FREEZE DRYER WITH STOPPERING TRAY DRYER WITH OIL-LESS VACCUUM PUMP with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-B-29. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The RITM-BAC now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) indicated in the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD).
